FAQs

DreamAlign™ is available in three sizes to support children at different stages of growth:

Ages 1–3: 18.9 × 11.4 in

Ages 3–8: 19.7 × 11.8 in

Ages 8–18: 20.9 × 12.6 in

Choose the size that most closely matches your child’s age and build. DreamAlign™ is not intended for infant sleep spaces. For younger toddlers, consult your pediatrician before introducing a pillow. Official safe-sleep guidance recommends keeping pillows out of an infant’s sleep area.

Regular pillows can be too high, too flat, or too soft for a child’s smaller frame. DreamAlign™ features a central head recess and supportive contoured zones designed to keep the head and neck in a more comfortable, neutral position without forcing the chin too far forward or downward.

The central recess gently cradles your child’s head and helps keep it comfortably centred throughout the night. The surrounding contours provide additional neck support while allowing space for your child to settle naturally into their preferred sleeping position.

Better head and neck positioning may encourage more comfortable closed-mouth sleep when poor pillow support is contributing to the problem. However, DreamAlign™ is not a treatment for nasal obstruction, enlarged tonsils or adenoids, sleep apnoea, or other medical causes of mouth breathing.

Speak with your child’s pediatrician if they frequently snore, breathe through their mouth, gasp, pause while breathing, or appear unusually tired during the day.

Yes. The recessed centre supports back sleeping, while the raised side contours help fill the space between the neck and mattress when your child sleeps on their side. Children who frequently change positions can use either area naturally throughout the night.

Remove the outer cover and machine wash it on a gentle cycle with cold water. Allow it to air-dry or follow the instructions on the care label. The foam core should not be machine washed; spot-clean it gently and allow it to dry completely before replacing the cover.

DreamAlign™ is made with supportive foam and a soft, breathable removable cover. Only state that the foam is CertiPUR-US® certified or the fabric is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified after confirming that your exact supplier and product components have valid certification documentation. CertiPUR-US certification belongs to the foam manufacturer, and product sellers must verify that their products use certified foam.

Every child is different. Some feel comfortable immediately, while others may need several nights to get used to the new shape and support. Consistent use gives your child the best opportunity to settle into the pillow naturally, but specific breathing or sleep improvements cannot be guaranteed.

Their Growing Years Won’t Wait

Mouth-open sleep, restless nights, and poor head positioning can easily become part of your child’s normal routine—especially when their pillow was never designed for a growing body.

DreamAlign™ provides child-sized head and neck support to create a calmer, more comfortable sleep setup. Its contoured shape gently cradles the head, supports natural alignment, and gives growing kids the right level of support throughout the night.

These developmental years pass quickly. The sooner you improve their nightly sleep environment, the sooner they can begin building healthier, more comfortable sleep habits.

Give them better support while they’re still growing.
