  • “I’m on my feet for nine-hour shifts, and every other sleeve I’ve owned would start rolling down by lunch. This one stayed exactly where I put it. The dial makes it easy to loosen slightly when I need to.”

    Jason R., Ohio
  • “I bought this mainly for walking and doing yard work. It feels supportive without making my knee stiff, and I’m not constantly stopping to pull it back up. That alone makes it worth it.”

    Carol T., Arizona
  • “The adjustable dial is what sold me. I keep it lighter for everyday wear and tighten it before training. It feels secure during squats and doesn’t bunch up behind my knee.”

    Anthony P., California

Measure around your thigh 5.5 inches (14 cm) above the center of your kneecap. Keep the measuring tape flat against your skin without pulling it tight.

    • M: 36–42 cm (14.2–16.5 in)
    • L: 42–48 cm (16.5–18.9 in)
    • XL: 48–54 cm (18.9–21.3 in)
    • XXL: 54–62 cm (21.3–24.4 in)

Hand wash gently in cool water with mild soap, then lay flat to air dry. Avoid machine washing, bleach, tumble drying, and direct heat, as these may damage the fabric and adjustment system. After strenuous activity, a quick rinse will help keep it fresh.

It’s designed to resist slipping, rolling, and bunching during walking, workouts, hikes, and demanding workdays. The silicone grip and dial-adjustable compression help maintain a secure, personalized fit.

Yes. Its breathable knit and adjustable compression make it suitable for extended wear. Begin with shorter periods while your body adjusts, and use the dial to keep the fit supportive without feeling overly tight. Loosen or remove it if you experience numbness, tingling, or discomfort.

Yes. StabiliDial™ provides adjustable compression and reinforced side support for activities such as walking, lifting, training, hiking, and working on your feet. It is designed to support movement but is not a substitute for professional medical treatment.

It may provide additional support during everyday movement, but individual injuries require different care. If you have a recent injury, persistent pain or swelling, or are recovering from surgery, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using it.

It should feel snug and supportive without restricting circulation or causing discomfort. Turn the dial gradually until you reach a comfortable level of compression, and readjust it whenever needed.

Yes. The StabiliDial™ Knee Support is designed for use on either the left or right knee.

For the most secure, slip-resistant fit, wear it directly against your skin. Its slim profile can then fit comfortably beneath loose trousers or athletic clothing. Wearing it over fabric may reduce the effectiveness of the silicone grip.

    • “I’ve worn it through three pickleball sessions now and haven’t had to pull it back up once. That alone makes it better than the other sleeves I’ve tried.”

      Michael R.

    • “I use it for my morning walks and errands. It gives my knee a more supported feeling without being stiff or uncomfortable.”

      Jason T.

    • “The dial is the best part for me. I can keep it lighter around the house, then add more support when I’m going out. Very simple to adjust.”

      — Mark J.

    • “Took it on a five-mile trail last weekend. It felt secure on the climbs and descents, and I didn’t have to think about it once we got moving.”

      — James A

    • “Did a full treadmill workout and it stayed exactly where I put it. No rolling at the edges and no stopping halfway to readjust.”

      — Carl H.
